Right of withdrawal

Our right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of the product, we cannot refund any payments or exchange products. In order for the product to be eligible for return, it must be unused and unopened. Some types of products are excluded from the return. To return your product, you will need the invoice or proof of payment. Once we have received and inspected the returned product (and it meets the conditions), we will send you a confirmation by email and confirm the refund of the payment. If the return of the product was successful, the amount will be automatically refunded to your account within a few days. The shipping costs (when purchasing the product) are not refundable.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
According to Section 312 g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the VINN Card is excluded from the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
– Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by you is decisive or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs;
– Contracts for the delivery of goods if, after delivery, these have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.

Only products purchased at regular price can be refunded.

We only exchange products that are damaged or defective.

Shipment
Please inform us by email to info@vinncard.com that you wish to arrange a return so that we can take further steps accordingly.
In the event of a return, any costs incurred will be borne by the customer (buyer).
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return. We recommend sending the product with a tracking ID or insurance.
